Ok the vintage feeling of the article, but Czechoslovakia split 30 years ago.

Thanks. I vaguely remember the different steps (developer, stop bath, fixer, stabilizer?) -- but don't the times spent in each - need to be different?


It’s giving a positive so likely there’s a bleach and fogging + re-development step on top of the usual ones.


This whole thing gave me the warm fuzzies. I love seeing old tech get a new life. Then I was jolted back to reality when I saw that a strip is $8. Sadly there’s no competing with a digital camera + printer installed into a booth.


So much about darkrooms are tranquil, watching a b&w photo "come to life" made the idea of gelatin silver emulsion click for me. Great project!
