Why would bakers be near the top of that list? Isn’t diabetes and obesity the top health problem around the world?

The point of my comment is to show how ridiculous it is to try and rank “social importantness” of jobs.

Bread has been a staple in most diets for millennia

Why is that relevant? People have not had access to excess calories until the last 100 years.
